"The Ranch," we can't bear the thought of you missing out on
one of Tennessee's greatest treasures, so we are always creating the best
combined Family Vacation packages for our guest. Here are three of our
most popular packages.
Listen to live
Bluegrass Music every Friday night starting from Memorial
Day to Labor Day. Free to all guest staying at the Ranch and the band
will play for approx 2 hours just after dinner.
Special Group Discount - Only $119 per Guest
 Now
put together at least 6 and up to 10 of your friends and get a special
savings off our regular Saddle n Paddle or Cowboys n Cowgirls. Each guest
of your group only pays $119 plus tax for one of these great packages.
That's a $100 dollars savings for 6 and even more savings for larger groups.
This special is not valid for July 4th weekend, but any other time it's
offered. You need to make reservations
at least two weeks ahead.

Experience a true mountain adventure. Two days, Two Nights You'll
ride your horse to the ridge and view the magnificent Smokies while we
camp overnight on the mountain. The next day you'll raft the mighty French
Broad River (class I-II) III, just made for beginners and families, yet
still a challenge in some places! You'll guide your raft, saddle and groom
your horse, lend a hand during mealtime and have the best time of your
life! Just bring your personal gear, towels, clothes, sleeping bag and
pillow and we will supply the rest.

Cowboys -N- Cowgirls
Relive a bit of history as you spend time on one of natures
most beautiful animals. Two days, Two Nights. We will ride along
the French Broad River and view the mountains from the plains, then after
lunch we'll do the mini-ridge ride. That evening we'll ride to the ridge
where we will set up camp and enjoy the view of the Smokies. In the morning,
we'll ride back down to the barn. You'll be taking care of your mount,
lending a hand at mealtime, and feel just about like a real old cowboy
or cowgirl. We will supply everything but your personal gear, sleeping
bag and pillow. (Recommended for experienced
riders or people in good physical condition)

Your Family Vacation package includes 5 great cowboy
trail meals in which all guest participate in the preparation (vegie
meals available by request), all activities, transportation and
lodging. Either package a great
deal at only $149.00 per adult.
Kids ages 7 - 12 $129 each.

Cottage Upgrade for Packages
Now you can stay in the Mountain
Cottage during your package deal. This upgrade requires you to stay
and extra night for a total of three nights. For Cowboys n Cowgirls
the extra night is the first night, and Saddle n Paddle the extra night
is the third night. Your package is still the same 5 meals, so the extra
night and next day until your package starts, you are on your own to
cook out, or go eat at the restaurant located 2 miles away, Great Food!!
Cottage Upgrade Price is $199.00 for adults $139.00 for kids 7-12
Or you can bring your own tent and camp on the river
in place of the one night cabin stay for either package and save! (not
valid with any certificates) $10 less on either package.

Horseback Riding Lessons
Beginners horseback riding lessons are available and recommended
for inexperienced riders, make an appointment with your reservation
if interested. Price is $20 per hour for one rider, and $30 for
two riders at a time.
River Riders
All water Adventure- Canoe or funyak for 2 days starting with Class
I-II water for 7 miles. Then pull out right at your campsite, and enjoy
a steak dinner. The next morning after breakfast, canoe or funyak down
5 miles with two class III's and three class II's. We'll be there to pick
you up and take you back to the Ranch, for another great supper. The next
morning we'll cook breakfast and then your trip is all done. This package
is not guided. You get 5 meals, campsite for two nights, transportation,
and all water equipment. You supply your own tent. (We suggest funyaks
for in-experienced paddlers)

OR instead take first day canoe trip unguided and next day a guided
raft trip.
