Rough Cut
Our Goal:
To have and hold a unique Old West Experience in East Tennessee that folks can enjoy while learning
about our country's western history. Equal to that goal is an attempt to save our beloved Hemlocks
before they are all destroyed by the Woolly Adelgids. Whether or not this will succeed in saving this
tree species is at best unknown, but we feel we must do something before it's too late. Come join us for
a great time and a great cause!
Sponsorships
All Sponsors get a free booth to sell their products if so desired. Stage Coach and Riding Shotgun get 15X15 space.
Grand Marshall, Top Gun and Gunslingers get 25X25 space.
Grand Marshal-1 available
Grand Marshal is available to one sponsor who wants to gain the greatest amount of visual advertising.
This sponsor's name and logo will be displayed through company supplied banners as follows:
Total of 10 banners
• 1 giant sized banner 10 feet wide by 4 feet tall at Front gate Exclusive
• 1 giant at main stage
• 4 large sized banners 8 feet wide by 3 feet tall-arena, army tent, shooters stage, parking area
• 4 medium sized banners 6 feet wide by 2 feet tall-1 on fence by vendor area, 3 on fence by
arrival path from parking area over ½ mile
• Grand Marshal may also put leaflets, catalogs, or smaller signs inside the main lodge (1) and
hotel (1).
• Full page ad in program.
• We will also announce this sponsor every hour at the main stage everyday as events and
entertainment are announced.
• Grand Marshal will also be linked to our website from the time of acceptance to the actual date
of the event plus 3 additional months.
• 35 free tickets to the event
For this sponsorship level we require the following minimum:
$10,000.00 OR $8,000 and $2,000 in approved give away merchandise
Top Guns-3 available
Top Guns are available to 3 sponsors who wants to gain the 2nd most amount of visual advertising. This
sponsor would be displayed through company supplied banners as follows:
Total of 7 banners
• 1 giant sized banner 10 feet wide by 4 feet tall at main stage
• 3 large sized banners 8 feet wide by 3 feet tall-arena, army tent, shooters stage
• 3 medium sized banners 6 feet wide by 2 feet tall-1 on fence by vendor area, 2 on fence by
arrival path from parking area over ½ mile
• Top Guns may also put leaflets, catalogs, or small signs inside the main lodge (1) and hotel (1).
• 3/4 page ad in program.
• We will also announce this sponsor every hour at the main stage everyday as events and

For this sponsorship level we require the following minimum:
$7,500.00 OR $6,000 and $1500 in approved give away merchandise
Gunslingers-7 available
Gunslingers are available to 7 sponsors who want to gain the 3rd most amount of visual advertising.
These sponsors would be displayed through company supplied banners as follows:
Total of 5 banners
• 1 large sized banners 8 feet wide by 3 feet tall-pick arena, army tent or shooters stage
• 4 medium sized banners 6 feet wide by 2 feet tall-2 on fence by vendor area, 2 on fence by
arrival path from parking area over ½ mile
• 1/2 page ad in program.
• We will also announce this sponsor 3 times a day at the main stage everyday as events and
entertainment are announced.
• Gunslingers would also be linked to our website from the time of acceptance to the actual date
of the event plus 1 additional month.
• 15 free tickets to the event
For this sponsorship level we require the following minimum:
$3000.00 OR $2400 and $600 in approved give away merchandise
Ridin' Shotgun-10 available
Ridin' Shotgun are available to 10 sponsors who want to gain the 4th most amount of visual advertising.
These sponsors would be displayed through company supplied banners as follows:
Total of 3 banners
• 3 small banners 4 feet wide by 1 foot tall-pick arena, army tent or applicable area
• 1/4 page ad in program.
• We will also announce this sponsor at least twice a day at the main stage everyday as events and
entertainment are announced.
• Ridin' Shotgun will also be linked to our website from the time of acceptance to the actual date
of the event.
• 15 free tickets to the event
For this sponsorship level we require the following minimum:
$1500.00 OR $1200 and $300 in approved give away merchandise
Stage Coach-15 available
Stage Coach are available to 15 sponsors who want to gain the 5th most amount of visual advertising.
These sponsors would be displayed through company supplied banners as follows:
Total of 2 banners
• 2 small banners 4 feet wide by 1 foot tall-pick arena, army tent or applicable area
• 1/8 page ad in program.
• We will also announce this sponsor at least once a day at the main stage everyday as events and
entertainment are announced.
• Stage Coach sponsor's will also be linked to our website from the time of acceptance to the
actual date of the event.
• 10 free tickets to the event
For this sponsorship level we require the following minimum:
$800.00 OR $640 and $160 in approved give away merchandise
Sod Busters-unlimited
This is available to any sponsor who wants to lend a hand to this event, and whose main interest is
saving the Eastern Hemlock. You will be able to supply a flat company sign (size 3 feet wide by 1 foot
tall) that will be erected near the stage arena on a 4X8 sheet of plywood with the title,
“We want to save the Hemlocks”
At lunch time each day, we will announce the companies whose signs are on that board as being
recognized for their effort to save the Hemlock.
For this class we require the following minimum:
$250.00-all of your sponsorship dollars go to save the Hemlocks
Posse-unlimited
This category is available to sponsors who prefer to supply merchandise for prizes and distribution, and
no monetary contribution. Sponsor must be able to supply one small banner at the main stage area and
will be mentioned any time sponsor's merchandise is distributed. Sponsor will also be given a listing in
the program.
$100.00 retail minimum in prizes
All companies are responsible for creating and supplying their own banners in the correct size, and at
least two weeks before the start of the event.
All sponsorships are to paid as follows:
A deposit of 50% is required at contract and balance is due by February 1st 2010.
Applicable and approved prizes are to arrive by carrier at least two weeks before the start of the event.
