I hereby agree to indemnify and save harmless the French Broad Outpost Ranch from and against all claims, damages, actions, judgments, decrees, penalties, and/or liability and expenses in connection with loss of life, bodily and/or personal injury, and/or damaged property arising out of or from the use and occupancy by the exhibitor of the premises or any part thereof. The exhibitor also agrees to hold French Broad Outpost Ranch harmless and not responsible whatsoever for loss, theft, burglary, robbery and damage to property of any kind, including equipment, supplies, prizes, merchandise, exhibits, etc. of the exhibitor or any of its agent, invitees, etc.

VENDORS:
Our Sponsor Motel is Holiday Inn Express in Newport at exit 435. If you are staying in town, they have reduced their rates from $109 down to $79 if you are a vendor at our event. When you call, just inform them that you are making a reservation for however many nights and that you are a Wild West Days vendor. If you have any problems ask for Debra, the General Manager. 3. EVENT RULES

French Broad Outpost Ranch
1st Annual Wild West Days At Rough Cut

Week of April 1-4 2010 / Event Open, Close Time: 9:30 am - 8:30 pm each day
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Submit application by March 5, 2010 along with a check for all fees. Vendors accepted to participate should have notification within two weeks of receipt of their funds.
2. Include check for correct amount with application. Checks will be returned to all applicants not accepted. No refunds once accepted to participate.
3. NO REFUNDS shall be made for cancellation or for inclement weather or other act of God over which the sponsors have no control.
4. There will be a $35.00 fee for all returned checks.
5. All arts and crafts work must be made and displayed by the applicant. No commercial crafts or crafts originating from kits. Handmade work only. All demonstration, arts and crafts must be of a western theme. If available, please attach new photos of your work. Photos will NOT be returned.
6. Vendors must provide their own tables, tents, display, etc. for their booth. All vendors must have a free- standing tent / canopy over their booths and tables must be skirted.
7. Vendors must be set up and all vehicles removed from the event area by 9:30AM each morning. Vendor parking area will be provided.
8. Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying for Tennessee taxes and any other taxes.
9. Accepted applicants will receive vendor badges with their acceptance letter.
10. Vendor must submit the names of ALL persons working in their booth. Vendor
badges/identification will be provided and MUST be worn in a visible location at all times.
11. For security the entrance gate will be close at 10:00 pm and open at 6:30 am.
12. Event Promoter or Event Coordinator reserves the right to make any changes without prior notice.
13. Event Promoter or Event Coordinator reserves the right to prohibit display of work they deem unacceptable.
14. There shall be no profanity / racism items for sale or display.
15. No alcoholic beverages or pets on premises.

Use Exit 435, same as mile marker coming from I-40 Knoxville side

From Asheville North Carolina if I-40 is still closed at time of the event, take Hwy 25 west off I-26 at Marshall exit

From Virginia take I-81 to I-40 then exit 435

From exit 435, go towards Burger King direction and then about 2 miles to RED light at Walgreens and then turn right onto Hwy 25, go about 13 miles

until you reach Del Rio (look for State Blue Signs that say "French Broad Outpost Ranch"

Turn right at Hwy 107 S, go 1/2 mile then
Keep to the right on Old River Road (Do not cross RR tracts), then 1.5 miles to main entrance of ranch
